Patient Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned base of potential patients through referrals.

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients to provide details about the program and facilitate enrollment in Movn Health’s cardiac rehabilitation program.

• Act as the primary point of contact for individuals referred to our services.

• Ensure that patients receive a comprehensive explanation of the services and advantages offered by Movn Health.

• Address questions and feedback during each interaction with interested individuals seeking enrollment.

• Strive to ensure the smooth scheduling of patient appointments.

• Conduct insurance verifications as needed to assist patients with coverage-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient inquiries and issues effectively.

• Partner with Movn’s clinical staff and personnel at referring physician offices to enhance operational workflows.

• Configure the Movn patient-facing application as necessary.

• Utilize Movn’s EHR system to coordinate patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales B2C position or in patient scheduling/enrollment within a physician practice.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics that define success.

• Educational background in Exercise Physiology.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
