This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing scheduling inquiries.
• Resolve basic issues and concerns effectively.
• Deliver precise information through various communication channels.
• Engage with customers through telephone, email, chat, SMS, and other communication methods.
• Assess customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and strive for satisfactory solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's physicians, services, and policies.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and insights for ongoing improvement.
• Aim to meet or surpass established performance goals.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer engagements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors via phone and chat.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong active listening and note-taking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
