This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing calls with the objective of effectively scheduling patients.
• Evaluate the needs of the caller and respond to ensure suitable resolutions.
• Recognize when it is necessary to escalate calls to the RN, provider clinic, or PEAC leadership.
• Actively bring attention to concerns related to workflows and medical inquiries.
• Lead and assist initiatives aimed at reducing financial risk through patient insurance registration.
• Communicate and gather information regarding patients’ financial responsibilities for upcoming appointments.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a Healthcare contact center, ambulatory or acute clinic, or physician office.
