β’ Oversee incoming and outgoing calls with the objective of effectively scheduling patients.
β’ Evaluate the needs of the caller and respond to ensure suitable resolutions.
β’ Recognize when it is necessary to escalate calls to the RN, provider clinic, or PEAC leadership.
β’ Actively bring attention to concerns related to workflows and medical inquiries.
β’ Lead and assist initiatives aimed at reducing financial risk through patient insurance registration.
β’ Communicate and gather information regarding patientsβ financial responsibilities for upcoming appointments.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ One year of experience in a Healthcare contact center, ambulatory or acute clinic, or physician office.
