β€’ Oversee incoming and outgoing calls with the objective of effectively scheduling patients.

β€’ Evaluate the needs of the caller and respond to ensure suitable resolutions.

β€’ Recognize when it is necessary to escalate calls to the RN, provider clinic, or PEAC leadership.

β€’ Actively bring attention to concerns related to workflows and medical inquiries.

β€’ Lead and assist initiatives aimed at reducing financial risk through patient insurance registration.

β€’ Communicate and gather information regarding patients’ financial responsibilities for upcoming appointments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED.

β€’ One year of experience in a Healthcare contact center, ambulatory or acute clinic, or physician office.
