This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
β’ Accurately and efficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
β’ Handle patient inquiries, confirm insurance eligibility, and oversee referrals.
β’ Keep patient records organized, conduct precise data entry, and ensure systems are current.
β’ Reach out to patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and share essential information.
β’ Foster positive interactions with physicians, office personnel, and clinical staff.
β’ A customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
β’ Capability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Ability to operate multiple computer systems at the same time.
β’ Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Experience with EHR and practice management systems is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with complex multi-phone software is a plus.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in a call center is preferred.
β’ Availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
