This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support the line manager and the designated program team in the efficient management of Patient Support Program(s) by engaging with key stakeholders.
• Ensure patient files are accurate and complete, ready for prompt submission in accordance with project standards.
• Facilitate the timely enrolment of eligible patients per established workflows and program timelines.
• Educate and coordinate with patients to streamline the enrolment process in line with program protocols.
• Accompany team members during visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or patient support locations to aid in program execution.
• Guarantee that patients receive their medications promptly and without delays.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on program performance, including patient counts, services rendered, and quality assurance metrics, in collaboration with the team.
• Keep electronic records related to patient information and quality assurance up to date.
• Engage in and complete all necessary training, including product education, pharmacovigilance, and any other training required by the client or mandated by Axios.
• Report any adverse events or product complaints in accordance with client specifications and Axios Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs).
• Execute administrative tasks related to program operations and general office support.
• Exclusively utilize Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS) for all program-related activities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding and consistent application of international standards as well as relevant Axios policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all pertinent laws, regulations, the Axios Code of Conduct, and internal SOPPs.
• Foster awareness of escalation protocols for any deviations or non-compliance matters.
• Assist with governance and operational monitoring activities across all Axios programs.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by your line manager.
• A degree in a medical field or social work is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare or scientific environment, or with an NGO is mandatory.
• Significant experience in patient care is essential.
• Proficiency in both English and Bengali is required.
• Experience in data monitoring and management is preferred.
• Background in coordinating and managing logistics/supply chain is advantageous.
