This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer customer support and product-related information, solutions, and pertinent details to both patients and providers.
• Provide exceptional communication to foster a positive, patient-centered experience.
• Assist Field teams, Operations, and Sales by delivering timely feedback.
• Address common complaints, identify trends, and collaborate cross-functionally on preventative strategies.
• Support various branches within a specified market.
• Examine new and returning patient accounts and gather necessary documentation from referral sources for billing health insurance plans.
• Investigate and obtain customer information required for maintaining equipment coverage through health insurance plans.
• Cultivate outreach and cooperative relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients to facilitate account resolution.
• Assess documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Conduct follow-ups to secure timely reimbursement.
• Aid in the development and execution of employee programs and initiatives that promote company culture.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector.
• Patient-centered mindset.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
• Capable of collaborating across various functions and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in building relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Intermediate mathematical skills, including the ability to interpret and develop spreadsheet data.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including occasionally lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
