This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product information, along with solutions and pertinent details to both patients and providers.
• Engage in above-and-beyond communication to foster a positive, patient-focused experience.
• Offer timely feedback to support Field teams, Operations, and Sales.
• Identify trends in complaints and collaborate cross-functionally to implement preventative actions.
• Take proactive steps to enhance the patient experience.
• Contribute to employee programs that reinforce company core values and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Assist branches within a designated market.
• Review both new and ongoing patient accounts, ensuring the necessary referral-source documentation for billing is obtained.
• Research and gather information from customers to maintain equipment coverage through health insurance plans.
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients through outreach to facilitate account resolution.
• Assess documentation for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Follow up to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Strong capability to comprehend, interpret, and create spreadsheet data.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to collaborate across various functions and teams.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a stationary position, which includes frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist movements, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and adjusting focus.
• Capable of occasionally lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
