This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Uphold exceptional quality and productivity benchmarks for all client projects.
• Oversee daily operations of patient and healthcare provider support requests across various communication channels.
• Ensure that all support requests are documented within the Case Management system.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the program team, providing timely responses to inquiries.
• Execute quality call monitoring for the program team as instructed by program leadership.
• Report issues identified by yourself or the project team to the relevant program leadership.
• Guarantee the prompt processing and resolution of cases while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases as necessary.
• Coordinate all relevant aspects of patient case management until completion.
• Educate healthcare providers and patients about available Patient Support programs and the referral process.
• Communicate effectively with payers, pharmacies, third-party administrators, and other departments.
• Conduct thorough research into patients' medication coverage.
• Perform Quality Monitoring.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements associated with program guidelines and relevant regulations.
• A High School Diploma is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/healthcare reimbursement.
• Practical knowledge and experience in health insurance and Rx reimbursement.
• Understanding of HIPAA and privacy laws and requirements.
• Experience with Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reporting is preferred.
• Exceptional case management/customer service skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
