Patient Access Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the construction, testing, implementation, and continuous support for Epic Cadence, Referrals, and/or Prelude applications.

• Act as a Patient Access resource for new departments, locations, and partnerships with Community Connect.

• Provide support for projects, enhancement requests, and the resolution of incident tickets.

• Work collaboratively with operational leaders and IT application teams to evaluate workflow and system requirements.

• Prepare and execute functional specifications for systems and programs utilizing structured methodologies.

• Function as a subject matter expert within project teams and departmental initiatives.

• Create test scripts, perform testing, and assist with Epic upgrades and go-live activities.

• Leverage advanced application and analytical skills to design, develop, and test solutions that meet organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification (mandatory).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation.

• Salary based on experience ranging from $91,000 to $118,000.
