This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• A familiarity with software and electronics is essential, while experience in health and medicine is advantageous.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable about all facets of U.S. and international patent prosecution.
• Prior experience in a law firm and registration with the USPTO are mandatory.
• Experience in the industry is beneficial, as is familiarity with patent litigation.
• Candidates should have an excellent academic background, outstanding organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), a proven dedication to delivering exceptional client service, and a creative and strategic mindset toward prosecution.
