Pastor/Church Leader, Impact Zone Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identifying and establishing connections with GEM missionaries operating within their designated zone.

• Being knowledgeable about the locations and nature of the ministries these missionaries are involved in.

• Keeping an updated roster containing this vital information.

• Staying current on trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe relevant to their zone.

• Collecting and creating systems for distributing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries.

• Serving as a resource and support for missionaries within their zone.

• Acting as a recognized expert for GEM leadership regarding their zone.

• Meeting annually in person with fellow Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM.

• Completing and submitting a monthly activity report to the Impact Zone Director.

• Experience as a Pastor or Church Leader in Europe.
