This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address inquiries from guests and travel advisors via email, chat, and phone.
• Deliver comprehensive and succinct responses that reflect the luxury brand standards.
• Conduct quality checks on bookings to identify any missing transfers, required visas, outstanding PIFs, and other concerns.
• Recommend add-ons like extensions and Masterpiece Collection tours.
• Operate independently utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Collaborate with data analysis teams to utilize feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Address post-departure feedback and inquiries on a global scale.
• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience in a reservations or administrative position, or comparable customer service experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient in locating and analyzing information from diverse sources.
• Capability to work independently while following provided instructions.
• Service-oriented mindset with empathy, responsiveness, and a focus on solutions.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and thoroughness.
• Ability to foster relationships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in providing timely responses within established response times.
• Ability to meet departmental averages for email, phone, and chat interactions.
