This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Partnerships and fellow team members in the department.
• Build, lead, and develop a team of Partnerships Managers, supplemented by in-country teams focused on Affiliate Marketing, Channel Sales, and Corporate Sales for key APAC countries.
• Be an integral part of the Partnerships Leadership Team that influences Airalo’s global Partnerships strategy.
• Shape the future of Airalo’s Partnerships products through collaboration with the Partner Experience Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify, prospect, and lead negotiations with major strategic partners within the APAC region.
• Sustain relationships with key partners to enhance partner profitability and increase the contribution of B2B/B2B2C partnerships to the business.
• Refine the Airalo Partnerships roadmap to anticipate and meet partner needs, thereby ensuring Airalo remains the preferred provider among industry partners in APAC.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to create and implement joint projects and opportunities.
• Define and enhance SOPs for the Partnerships department to optimize operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Represent Airalo at prominent industry events and conferences throughout the APAC region.
• Take ownership of the Airalo Partnerships OKRs for APAC.
• Over 10 years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development within a high-growth B2B and/or B2B2C setting.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in building and managing high-performance teams.
• Experience in the Traveltech or Consumer tech industries will be advantageous.
• A partner-first mentality and a genuine enthusiasm for helping stakeholders succeed while fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
• Capability to articulate Airalo’s unique narrative and the problems we address for our users, making it an appealing partnership proposition.
• Proficient in employing and instructing your team on various sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, consultative selling, and solution selling.
• Ability to cultivate thought leadership skills and establish trust with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Skilled in multitasking within a complex and matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with sales and partnerships tools.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean are preferred.
