Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to discover potential partnerships with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Initiate conversations through outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging.

• Maintain an active outreach pipeline while ensuring persistent and professional follow-ups.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM system updated with contact information, outreach history, and deal statuses.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, such as emails sent, replies received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly organized and persistent, with strong follow-up abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.
