Partnership Outreach Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conduct research to discover potential partnerships with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound communication through email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to start conversations.

• Manage a pipeline of active outreach while consistently and professionally following up.

• Arrange introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM system updated with contact details, outreach history, and deal statuses.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, including emails sent, responses received, calls booked, and deals finalized.

• A degree is not required.

• Exceptional written communication skills — you craft emails that elicit responses.

• Highly organized and persistent — follow-up is crucial for closing deals.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.

• Genuine interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing sector.
