This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop the UK partner portfolio from the ground up: focus on CRM and lifecycle agencies, e-commerce agencies, and select systems integrators that fit our Ideal Partner Profile.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns, including initial meetings, discovery calls, and partnership presentations.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from qualification to signing agreements.
• Onboard new partners through certification and training on the Brevo Enterprise product.
• Provide partners with sales materials, battle cards, and demo environments to facilitate effective co-selling.
• Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Drive the partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline towards defined SQO targets.
• Collaborate closely with UK Sales Leadership and Account Executives on deal registrations, account mapping, and tri-party syncs.
• Enhance co-sell success rates through strategic account planning.
• Report on UK partner key performance indicators—active partners, SQOs, sourced revenue.
• Provide insights back into Brevo’s global partner program.
• A minimum of 6 years in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within SaaS—preferably in Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and activating partners that generate Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue (this is not an SMB role).
• Comprehensive understanding of the UK partner ecosystem, including lifecycle/CRM agencies, e-commerce agencies, and systems integrators.
• Comfortable leading discovery calls, account mapping sessions, and co-selling alongside Account Executives to Enterprise buyers.
• Proficient with Partner Relationship Management software for tracking partners and deal registrations.
• Self-motivated: you excel in a greenfield environment without a predefined playbook.
• Familiarity with competitor partner programs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and their presence in the UK.
• Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento) and relevant UK agency partners.
• Previous experience in establishing partner programs from scratch in a startup or scaling company.
• Reside in London, UK.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events, and regional conferences.
