Partnership Account Manager

Posted 2 days ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop the UK partner portfolio from the ground up: focus on CRM and lifecycle agencies, e-commerce agencies, and select systems integrators that fit our Ideal Partner Profile.

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns, including initial meetings, discovery calls, and partnership presentations.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from qualification to signing agreements.

• Onboard new partners through certification and training on the Brevo Enterprise product.

• Provide partners with sales materials, battle cards, and demo environments to facilitate effective co-selling.

• Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Drive the partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline towards defined SQO targets.

• Collaborate closely with UK Sales Leadership and Account Executives on deal registrations, account mapping, and tri-party syncs.

• Enhance co-sell success rates through strategic account planning.

• Report on UK partner key performance indicators—active partners, SQOs, sourced revenue.

• Provide insights back into Brevo’s global partner program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within SaaS—preferably in Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting and activating partners that generate Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue (this is not an SMB role).

• Comprehensive understanding of the UK partner ecosystem, including lifecycle/CRM agencies, e-commerce agencies, and systems integrators.

• Comfortable leading discovery calls, account mapping sessions, and co-selling alongside Account Executives to Enterprise buyers.

• Proficient with Partner Relationship Management software for tracking partners and deal registrations.

• Self-motivated: you excel in a greenfield environment without a predefined playbook.

• Familiarity with competitor partner programs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and their presence in the UK.

• Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento) and relevant UK agency partners.

• Previous experience in establishing partner programs from scratch in a startup or scaling company.

• Reside in London, UK.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events, and regional conferences.

🏝️ Benefits

• A space for mutual growth: Join an international team in a vibrant, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

• Continuous learning opportunities: Access to English classes and over 155,000 courses on Udemy, along with a strong internal culture of knowledge-sharing and support.

• Flexibility for life: A remote-friendly setup, budget for your home workspace, and relocation assistance for international talent.

• A caring culture: From inter-office excursions to regular team events, there are numerous opportunities to connect beyond daily tasks. You'll also find active social, green, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
