This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Support 1099 service partners through onboarding and account management processes.

• Oversee service dashboards and proactively engage for immediate assistance.

• Address delivery partner questions on Gladly via phone, email, and text.

• Cross-check internal data to make informed decisions regarding 1099 account statuses.

• Communicate operational issues to local warehouse teams and operations managers.

• Diagnose technical issues and provide clear resolutions and solutions.

• Manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

• Identify trends in customer communications to generate actionable feedback and improve overall processes for the company.

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.

• Have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Exhibit empathy, patience, and the ability to take initiative in doing what is right for the service partner.

• Possess strong critical thinking abilities to address potentially challenging situations.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical, listening, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.

• Quickly learn web-based user support applications.

• Be reliable and punctual with effective time management abilities.

• Have a flexible schedule and be willing to work on weekends.

• Show a high level of comfort and familiarity with smartphone applications (iOS and Android).

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
