This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main technical collaborator for SIs and technology partners, empowering them to effectively position, demonstrate, and implement Netomi solutions.
• Create and deliver partner training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance technical readiness and promote adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams on architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Lead and assist in technical sales processes, encompassing solution design, demonstrations, and hands-on proofs of concept in collaboration with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO.
• Prototype, construct, and modify solutions in real-time to fulfill customer requirements within complex enterprise settings.
• Diagnose and resolve technical obstacles to expedite deal progression and enhance win rates.
• Ensure a seamless technical transition to Customer Success and Delivery teams.
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures utilizing APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Convert customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Guarantee that solutions comply with best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain repeatable technical resources, including demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, and playbooks.
• Empower partners to autonomously conduct proofs of concept and implementations over time.
• Standardize best practices to enhance partner-led technical delivery.
• Represent Netomi as a technical expert in partner and customer interactions.
• Contribute to technical content, demonstrations, and best practices that elevate Netomi’s standing in enterprise AI discussions.
• Provide insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer experiences.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Robust hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and developing practical solutions/proofs of concept.
• Capability to prototype, debug, and adjust solutions in live, high-pressure sales environments.
• Highly adept at creating repeatable technical resources for partners and understands how to facilitate a smooth hand-off to Customer Success and other delivery teams.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Familiarity with working alongside partners and SIs in co-selling initiatives.
• Strong understanding of:
• AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred)
• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scalable system design and integrations.
• Direct influence on revenue and strategic deals.
• Play a crucial role in enhancing a partner-led go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to defining how Netomi is marketed and sold in the industry.
