Partner Quality Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Direct quality operations across various manufacturing partner locations to ensure effective execution of inspection plans and quality standards.

• Lead and develop a team comprising Lead Quality Control Engineers and Quality Engineers.

• Supervise inspection planning and implementation across different partner sites and product lines.

• Track quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, inspection coverage, and adherence to Hyper inspection standards.

• Ensure that inspection and quality activities are in line with production demands and operational priorities.

• Facilitate discussions with partner sites to address and resolve quality issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in managing quality operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.

• Background in leading and mentoring quality engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.

• Preferred: Experience in contract manufacturing or partner manufacturing settings.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

• Experience in supporting high-mix or infrastructure-oriented manufacturing environments.
