This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Formulate strategies for acquiring partners, including initiatives for new vertical go-to-market efforts, to identify, recruit, and enhance high-value affiliate and referral collaborations.
• Manage the complete affiliate/referral partner portfolio across Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, encompassing tiered onboarding, re-engagement, and support methodologies.
• Provide a dedicated, high-touch service for Gold and Platinum partners.
• Collaborate in developing the affiliate program roadmap, partner strategy, and revenue objectives with the Senior Manager of Programs & Partnerships.
• Create strategic partnership plans for top-tier partners and lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Partner Performance Reviews.
• Oversee account health, identify growth prospects, and proactively escalate risks along with suggested solutions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly partner commission calculations and disbursements prior to VP review.
• Develop and enhance affiliate outreach processes, strategies, and best practices, incorporating AI-driven automation throughout communications and operations.
• Oversee the program’s technology stack and assess and integrate new solutions as the program expands.
• Promote affiliate and partner programs through social media and industry networking events.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on conversion funnels and user acquisition performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Work collaboratively across various functions including Marketing, Creative, Finance, Legal, Digital, and other stakeholders while communicating updates, risks, and obstacles.
• Offer data-driven insights regarding referral commission structures and contract terms.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, partner management, partner development, business development, or strategic account management.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing goals through partner prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and managing intricate enterprise-level partner relationships.
• Experience in presenting to executives and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Background in Healthcare and SaaS is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment characterized by ambiguity while enhancing processes and achieving results.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience in developing reporting frameworks and measuring program success using KPIs.
• Practical experience with affiliate management platforms like PostAffiliate Pro.
• Practical experience with CRM/email tools such as Close.io.
• Practical experience with AI tools like Claude for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong quality-control mindset for communications and deliverables directed at partners.
