Partner Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to implement new partner program launches.

• Facilitate partner marketing planning and execution by overseeing the overall partner program calendar, ensuring that partners are engaged at the right cadence and frequency, and coordinating with the marketing team to align activities with company objectives.

• Manage essential partner program tools, including the CRM (Salesforce), partner portal, content management tool (Highspot), project management platform (Asana), and partner ecosystem platform (Crossbeam), while maintaining data integrity, reporting accuracy, content relevance, and partner program project statuses.

• Assist the marketing team in coordinating campaign launches, webinars, events, and digital initiatives, acting as the partner operations liaison across sales, content, and product teams.

• Act as a primary contact for both internal and external partner teams, ensuring timely communication and support.

• Onboard new partners and manage processes related to the partner lifecycle.

• Track, report, and analyze overall partner program performance metrics, individual partner performance, and channel account manager (CAM) performance, providing insights and recommending improvements.

• Support the coordination of joint go-to-market planning with partners, facilitating co-marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Maintain and continuously enhance partner enablement resources and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve partner issues and support deal execution.

• Oversee service delivery escalations involving partners, acting as the operational point of escalation to ensure timely resolutions and partner satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, partner operations, go-to-market operations, or a related field, preferably within a B2B or cybersecurity context; demonstrated ability to manage and enhance established programs with a focus on continuous process improvement.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools.

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to effectively multitask.

• Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

• Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic organizational environment.

• Prior experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or audit sectors.

• Familiarity with channel/partner programs or alliances.

• Experience with Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools, preferably Crossbeam.
