• Empower partners to confidently present and advocate for Loop. Create and sustain partner-centric content that integrates seamlessly into their systems (including AI prompts), such as slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, and technical integration support (both internal and external).
• Develop Claude skills and templates that enhance the efficiency of Partner Managers and partners in producing assets, addressing merchant inquiries, and keeping abreast of Loop's offerings.
• Maintain Loop's prominence through regular, thoughtful engagements at scale: newsletters, product updates, and partner-oriented communications designed to enhance Loop’s value to their clients, foster referrals, and boost partner involvement.
• Convert Loop's product roadmap and launches into educational resources tailored for partners. Guide partners on Loop's future direction so they can effectively communicate this narrative to their merchants.
• Focus on prioritizing, sourcing, and crafting collaborative customer case studies that highlight data to showcase the value of Loop and its partners.
• Efficiently manage and respond to ad-hoc marketing requests from Partner Managers and partners, ensuring prompt and quality delivery.
• Assist in the planning and execution of partner-centric events, including Loop's annual Partner Summit, partner dinners, and relationship-building activities.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in partner marketing or enablement. Experience in a SaaS company or agency serving ecommerce clients within the Shopify ecosystem is advantageous.
• You are action-oriented, not allowing the pursuit of perfection to hinder swift execution (while maintaining high standards for yourself and others).
• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple stakeholders and ad-hoc requests without compromising quality.
• An innate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. You have explored tools for workflow automation, content acceleration, and skill development (bonus points if you have previously created a Claude skill).
• A creative mindset. You enjoy transforming intricate product information into clear, user-friendly assets that others can utilize effectively.
• A data-driven storyteller. You are passionate about bringing technical product narratives to life, using data to illustrate impact: what was launched, what succeeded, and what changed as a result.
• Strong alignment with Loop's core values: owning the outcome, ensuring merchant success, prioritizing courage over comfort, and being human-centric.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Flexible working hours and the opportunity for remote work.
• Generous vacation and paid time off policies.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
