This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a partner strategy along with a recruitment and engagement plan aimed at swiftly enhancing the sales pipeline and booking outcomes from the Instinct partner channel.
• Create and execute co-marketing initiatives (such as email campaigns, newsletters, content syndication, webinars, PR, and more) to generate leads and deliver a quantifiable impact on the sales pipeline.
• Produce partner marketing materials that facilitate recruitment and engagement, leading to heightened partner awareness, increased sales opportunities, and alignment with our business leaders, all crafted with quality, thoroughness, and scalability in mind.
• Identify and secure referral and reseller agreements both in the US and internationally to broaden our reach and discover new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Events Manager to foster partnerships with Instinct partners and associations.
• Implement marketing enablement sessions and programs for partners, promoting participation and sharing knowledge regarding Instinct’s product portfolio, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and messaging alignment.
• Develop and oversee communications with channel partners to enhance awareness of campaigns, product updates, and business developments.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sessions to strategize activities and evaluate performance against objectives.
• Prepare and deliver monthly partner marketing plans and performance results to cross-functional teams and the executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business or marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of partner marketing experience in a B2B software context.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, along with the capacity to present to an audience effectively.
• Strong project management and time management abilities.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets, preferably in a channel marketing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to convincingly communicate the advantages of partnering with Instinct.
• Experience in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
• Proven success in driving partner business and engagement.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently and collaborating with remote teams, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully design and implement channel programs and procedures.
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills to create persuasive business cases that garner internal and external support for partner marketing initiatives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to coordinate efforts across various functions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Experience in stakeholder management with the capability to quickly establish trust.
• Willingness to travel and meet obligations set by external organizations/events (10-20% of the time).
