Partner Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution and launch of outbound email marketing campaigns

• Create and schedule email campaigns using our marketing automation system

• Manage audience segmentation, list uploads, and targeting parameters

• Organize campaign schedules and approval processes

• Conduct quality assurance on emails and landing pages prior to release

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and assist with performance reporting

• Act as the operational foundation for Channel and Alliances marketing initiatives

• Facilitate collaborative campaigns with strategic partners

• Keep track of partner campaign schedules and deliverables

• Aid in promoting partner events and co-marketing activities

• Maintain campaign calendars and communication workflows with partners

• Assist in tracking partner marketing outcomes and engagement levels

• Provide direct project support for the wider marketing team

• Help with campaign coordination and project management tasks

• Support content launches, webinar promotions, and event marketing activities

• Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for marketing projects

• Keep documentation and process workflows updated

• Assist with internal reporting and operational responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management

• Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise

• Preferred experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

• Proficient written communication skills

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools

• Nice to Have: Experience in supporting partner or channel marketing programs

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of B2B marketing or the cybersecurity sector
