This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and utilize a strong network within our partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Act as the subject matter authority for international growth and global hiring assistance within your designated region.
• Cultivate relationships with partner leadership and influencers to obtain executive endorsements and high-value referrals.
• Provide dynamic training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to sales teams to communicate the G-P value proposition and pinpoint client challenges.
• Connect partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell team(s), ensuring clear tracking and fostering mutually beneficial opportunities.
• 3-5 years of proven success in sales or business development within a partner-driven or channel-focused environment.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools to enhance workflows or strategies in a partner-led setting.
• 3-5 years of experience in collaboration with or selling to the HR Tech, HCM, and Global Payroll sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term, mutually advantageous professional relationships.
