Partner Manager, CNC & Sheet

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Enhance partner performance by analyzing data to elevate supplier effectiveness in alignment with Xometry Manufacturing Standards.

• Recognize performance and training deficiencies within your portfolio and devise strategies to enhance partner results.

• Develop and implement partner certification programs to set quality benchmarks and standards, similar to supplier quality assurance.

• Oversee the Partner Outsourcing Group program, which includes identifying eligibility and managing promotion/demotion based on individual Partner Performance.

• Create customized training and coaching programs to improve partner skills and performance, reflecting supplier development initiatives.

• Handle operational escalations and provide prompt resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.

• Drive initiatives to minimize partner turnover and uphold a strong network.

• Act as the ITAR conversion leader.

• Perform on-site evaluations to establish best practices and promote 'Xometry Certified' partners.

• Keep detailed training records and standardize partner training materials.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance partner acquisition strategies and campaigns.

• 20-25% travel is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is necessary.

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within supply chain or manufacturing.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, machining, and the terminology and processes of the manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement strategic enhancements to align customer and supplier needs.

• Proven experience in identifying knowledge gaps and providing training and mentorship to foster the development of others is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical skills – recognizes the significance of data and insight and translates findings into actionable steps.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in creating and delivering training programs.

• Proficiency with presentation, documentation, project management, and other essential business applications.
