This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of incentives aimed at global partners.
• Integrate financial analysis with innovative program design to enhance the partner experience.
• Enhance sales alignment and deliver insights to support executive decision-making.
• Direct the modeling, setup, execution, and reporting of Partner Seller Rewards.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and continuous funding analysis.
• Oversee terms and conditions along with compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and brand compliance teams.
• Take charge of all elements related to dashboard design, vendor onboarding, and IT specifications.
• Evaluate program performance to propose enhancements.
• Act as the main point of contact for go-to-market coordination, marketing, and change management teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, promote, and execute strategic projects related to global channel partners.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with channel partners in the technology sector.
• Between 5 to 8 years of formal program management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in forecasting and knowledge of Contra and OPEX regulations.
• Proven capability to lead global initiatives alongside cross-functional team members.
• Proficiency in drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Experience collaborating with IT/Ops to create partner-facing tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
