This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and establish partnerships within the dental, healthcare, restaurant, home services, and related sectors.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, collaborative business planning, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), review pipelines, and implement churn recovery strategies.
• Oversee the health of partner agent deployments; proactively identify and address at-risk accounts.
• Enhance partner engagement through promotional activities, referral initiatives, and tiered incentive programs.
• Provide structured partner insights to the product team, serving as the internal advocate for the partner perspective.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B account management, partner management, or channel sales (5+ years preferred).
• Proven track record in acquiring new accounts or recruiting partners from the ground up.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations; proactive in creating solutions rather than waiting for guidance.
• Self-motivated, high-performing communicator capable of engaging at the executive level.
• Based in the US; willing to travel quarterly, including for international events.
• Bonus: Experience in dental technology, restaurant SaaS, home services, or other SMB-oriented industries; previous tenure at a Series A–C startup; familiarity with AI or Voice AI products; experience with white-label or reseller partnerships.
