This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with existing Named partners to create new opportunities for Vena.
• Take ownership of the Vena Partner’s success after recruitment by guiding their strategy, continuous improvement, and execution to ensure that both Vena and the Partner achieve and surpass their respective performance targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse teams at various levels, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
• Influence, support, and enhance the ongoing improvement of Vena’s Partner network by guiding decision-making and providing recommendations to foster speed, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Conduct and engage in regular pipeline reviews and strategic quarterly business reviews (QBR) with Partners.
• Be directly accountable for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all Partner administrative responsibilities, reporting, and metrics.
• Act as the voice of the Partner within Vena to guarantee the Partner receives the necessary support and service, with a particular focus on Professional Services, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
• Promote both Partner and Vena’s integration, awareness, and sensitivity to each entity’s needs, dependencies, and operations, aiming for complete cross-functional transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Partner strategy teams to ensure compliance standards are adhered to with Partners.
• Travel as necessary to Conferences, Partner Offices, and Events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing partner relationships within a high-performing SaaS environment, preferably in a CPM/FP&A setting.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in a high-achieving sales team.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quota targets.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
• A metrics-driven approach, combined with data analytics and a process-oriented mindset, with the ability to build organizational capacity to deliver predictable, repeatable, and scalable partner channel results.
• A self-starter who can manage themselves and follow through on action plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• A high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability along with strong negotiation and prioritization abilities.
