This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, enhance, and strengthen referral connections with technology partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB sector.

• Develop and establish strategic referral networks and partnerships aimed at lead generation and exploring new collaboration opportunities.

• Proactively recognize and address emerging challenges and provide solutions by collaborating across departments including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

• Partner with Partner Marketing to innovate and implement distinctive initiatives that promote partner sales (e.g., educational events, emails, webinars, etc.).

• Collaborate with partners to set business objectives and performance indicators (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building, developing, and maintaining relationships with technology and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB sector (including territory sales and business development).

• Proven success - Demonstrated track record of achievement in a quota-driven sales environment.

• Passionate - A highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder capable of working independently.

• Dynamic - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Resilient - Quick to recover from setbacks, resourceful, and innovative in completing tasks.

• Solutions-oriented - Willing to engage in hands-on management and resolution of operational partnership challenges.

• Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales cycles is preferred.

• Coachable - Capacity to absorb information, training, and guidance, and effectively implement and execute.

• Travel - Willingness to be in the field three days a week.
