This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform consultations through phone, video, or asynchronous methods in accordance with state telemedicine guidelines.
• Deliver care utilizing our tailored EMR system: reviewing patient records, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and providing lifestyle advice.
• Adhere to best practices and company-specific protocols for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.
• Address patient inquiries regarding their treatment and ensure high-quality counseling is provided.
• Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (other specialties may be considered).
• Board certification in Obesity Medicine or board eligible status, with plans to sit for the exam in 2026.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience.
• Experience in telemedicine and comfort with asynchronous care delivery.
• Familiarity with weight management and GLP-1 medication is an advantage.
• Possession of at least 10 active state medical licenses, including at least one from the following states: California, Florida, New York, Texas, Georgia, and one from these states: Virginia, Kansas, Minnesota, Delaware, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
• Willingness to acquire additional medical licenses as needed by the practice.
• IMLC licensed or eligible status is a plus.
