Part-time UX Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing assistance in the development of effective communication materials.

• Assist in establishing a consistent brand voice throughout all written content.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization.

• Create external customer-facing documents such as instruction guides, sales pages, product descriptions, FAQs, and email templates.

• Develop internal documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Native-level proficiency in English (US dialect preferred).

• Prior experience in copywriting and information architecture (UX).

• UX design skills.

• Strong writing abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills.
