Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead virtual Accelerator Learning Labs in the absence of Learning Coaches (LCs).

• Prepare to deliver Braven content by collaborating with the Braven team and practicing independently.

• Participate in all LC training sessions (approximately 6 hours total) to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively facilitate Learning Labs and support Fellows.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.

• Outstanding teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking abilities.

• Knowledge of Zoom and experience facilitating in a virtual setting.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to learn and receptiveness to feedback.

• Proven dedication to equity and inclusion.
