
Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Deliver exceptional speech-language therapy services to K-12 students enrolled in Connections Academy virtual public schools.
• Design and execute individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual setting.
• Implement school and state-specific policies and procedures related to LiveSpeech services.
• Foster positive working relationships with the LiveSpeech team, as well as the schools and programs being served.
• Evaluate and analyze reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Maintain communication with leadership and school personnel.
• Accurately and promptly document therapeutic interventions.
• Perform screenings and both formal and informal assessments of students' communication needs.
• Collaborate with parents/learning coaches and special education staff to support IEP objectives.
• Consult with teachers and coordinate specially designed instruction as outlined in IEPs.
• Assist with IEP documentation, paperwork, and related procedures.
• Keep precise data in the Education Management System and special education software.
• Comply with data protection and security laws, as well as company policies.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and clearances.
• Complete required professional development, training, and CEU courses.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Speech Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Active and valid state and/or Department of Education Speech Pathology licensure in the state of residence.
• Capability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school environment.
• Proficient technology skills.
• High level of flexibility and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize a personal electronic device and email for two-step authentication.
• Must provide a computer, secondary monitor, mouse, and keyboard when working remotely.
• Must comply with home-office privacy, technology, and equipment standards.
