This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Create and regularly publish diverse posts, such as: Thought leadership articles, Project highlights and case studies, Insights and trends in the industry, Recruitment and culture-focused content.
• Oversee and enhance the company’s LinkedIn profile (including updates, branding, and messaging).
• Collaborate with leadership to generate content ideas and maintain brand consistency.
• Keep abreast of trends in government contracting, defense, and space sectors.
• MUST reside in a HUBZone.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses (preferably B2B experience).
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities with a professional tone.
• Capability to simplify complex subjects into clear and engaging content.
• Self-motivated individual who can operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of the government contracting industry.
• Experience in graphic design (Canva or similar tools).
