This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the training, readiness, maintenance, logistics, sustainment, and organizational capabilities of partner-nation ScanEagle operations and identify any capacity deficiencies.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of train-the-trainer initiatives, instructor qualifications, training benchmarks, and sustainable institutional training methodologies.
• Offer expertise in UAS/ISR doctrine, concepts, standard operating procedures, and organizational workflows.
• Provide counsel on the logistics of ScanEagle deployment and redeployment, encompassing transportation, equipment, maintenance, spare parts, support gear, site requirements, and ongoing sustainment.
• Aid in developing frameworks for the integration of manned and unmanned ISR systems, facilitating the sharing of ISR information across various platforms, networks, command-and-control nodes, and authorized personnel.
• Deliver expertise on ISR interoperability, tactical/local mesh networks, communication systems, bandwidth management, interfaces, full-motion video, sensor data, and information exchange within distributed maritime settings.
• Support the integration of ISR information across aerial, surface, and shore-based systems.
• Create and lead maritime tabletop exercises aimed at enhancing readiness, interoperability, data sharing, and organizational collaboration.
• Proven field-level experience with ScanEagle UAS in roles such as FSR, FSE, operator, instructor, maintainer, or a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with ScanEagle training, maintenance, readiness, sustainment, and deployment assistance.
• Experience in supporting UAS/ISR training initiatives and train-the-trainer programs.
• Knowledge or experience in the development of operational doctrine, processes, and documentation.
• Understanding and experience with the deployment, redeployment, and logistical support of unmanned systems.
• Knowledge and experience with current U.S. manned and unmanned ISR systems, particularly in terms of capabilities, interoperability, integration, and data sharing.
• Experience as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC), ISR coordinator, or similar ISR integration specialist role.
• Knowledge of integrating various manned and unmanned ISR systems, sensors, networks, and data sources.
• Familiarity with ISR data-sharing architectures, tactical/local mesh networks, and the exchange of sensor data and ISR outputs.
• Knowledge or experience in integrating ISR capabilities across aerial and surface assets in maritime contexts.
• Capability to evaluate partner-nation capabilities and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Highly desirable: current or recent ScanEagle qualification/certification, expeditionary or maritime ScanEagle experience, ScanEagle instruction or train-the-trainer experience, U.S. Government security cooperation or partner capacity-building experience, and maritime tabletop exercise experience.
