Part Time Publication Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create precise, high-quality working files for final design execution and publication production.

• Excel in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment while consistently achieving daily deadlines.

• Adhere to established N2 workflows, file setup standards, and brand guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

• Work collaboratively with the Design team, embracing a “We, Not Me” approach to support collective goals and team achievements.

• Assist with publication preparation, competitor ad separations, and other production-oriented design tasks for your designated team.

• Offer dependable internal support by managing repetitive tasks, smaller processes, and team requirements as priorities change.

• Step in to help with basic layouts and design tasks during peak periods, as capacity permits within the 25-hour workweek.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, coupled with a keen eye for layout and design.

• A portfolio showcasing your work with an emphasis on magazine layout samples.

• Quick, precise, organized, and driven by the goal of meeting deadlines and completing tasks efficiently.

• Availability for a consistent Monday–Friday work schedule for up to 25 hours each week.
