This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through an ongoing telemedicine platform.
• Must be open to treating individuals aged 14 and older.
• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Develop and collaborate with clients on tailored care plans.
• Complete and/or administer necessary paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.
• Must hold a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner designation - Board Certification is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority is required in the respective state.
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is an advantage.
• A minimum of three years of experience is preferred; however, at least one year of psychiatric practice is required.
• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must be licensed and reside in the state where they will provide services.
• Part-time positions require 15 - 20 hours of availability each week.
• All clinicians must complete in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and methodology, followed by a brief examination.
• All new hires will be enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and are expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, with no quotas set for client numbers or prescriptions.
