📋 Description

• Provide administrative assistance to the Pre-Contract team.

• Aid in quantification activities and manage tender documentation.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain high standards of data quality.

• Effectively communicate with team members to facilitate a seamless workflow.

• Independently manage your workload while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Confident in communication skills.

• A proactive contributor to team efforts.

• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
