This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Efficiently process and release a significant volume of cases in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Assess received documents using a sample to identify how the components work together to ensure coverage.
• Provide the Patient Advocate teams with current and relevant information.
• Execute routine responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Adhere to all applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
• Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute (WPM).
• Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, often under tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze information from both a detailed perspective and an overarching case completeness viewpoint.
