This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Supervise the performance, governance, and influencer marketing initiatives across the Aethos portfolio.
• Ensure that all hotel, club, and outlet accounts are active, adhere to brand standards, and maintain consistency in quality and execution.
• Offer strategic guidance, quality assurance, performance tracking, and approvals as needed.
• Manage community interaction across brand channels, addressing comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Propel follower growth, engagement, reach, and audience development on brand-owned platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and publishing timelines for brand accounts.
• Oversee social media activities for all Aethos hotels, clubs, and food and beverage outlets.
• Monitor content quality, brand alignment, visual standards, and messaging consistency across the portfolio.
• Develop and uphold social media frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for local teams.
• Provide continuous coaching and support to local marketing teams.
• Lead the influencer marketing strategy across the portfolio, ensuring partnerships align with brand objectives, audience targets, and commercial goals.
• Evaluate influencer performance and assess campaign effectiveness, offering recommendations to enhance future collaborations.
• 4–6+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing brand social media channels.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
• Experience overseeing multi-brand or multi-location social media environments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.
• Exceptional English copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging social content and adapt tone across different channels.
• Strong community management and audience engagement abilities.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in analyzing social media performance and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brands is considered an advantage.
