Part Time Field Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Navigate through designated new construction and residential areas.

• Observe and assess the status of lots: identifying whether homes are occupied, under construction, or vacant.

• Document observations on provided site maps.

• Monitor and record mileage and time spent.

• Submit completed folders to your supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prefer working independently in a quiet environment with flexible hours.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and proficient in using a map or GPS.

• A brief background check, including criminal and driving records, is required.
