• Provide impactful and engaging professional learning experiences for Renaissance users
• Conduct professional learning sessions for up to 30 hours each week during peak season (July–October)
• Offer professional learning for up to 20 hours per week during non-peak season (November–June)
• Tailor and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training that aligns with client requirements and surpasses expectations
• Adapt training in real-time as necessary to ensure high engagement and the achievement of learning objectives
• Participate in an internal reflective cycle, including feedback and development processes (such as observations, client evaluations, and coaching)
• Prepare for training sessions by collaborating with Renaissance team members and modifying training materials as needed
• Record and submit comprehensive training notes
• Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions with customers
• Acquire and adhere to Renaissance processes for training preparation, delivery, and follow-up facilitation
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in facilitating or delivering professional development
• Previous experience in K-12 education settings
• Familiarity with educational technology, specifically Renaissance products and solutions
• Experience in delivering training through various in-person and virtual formats, including webinars
• Strong understanding of principles for engaging adult learning
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation abilities
• Capability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Strong collaborative skills with internal and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
• Capacity to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions
