Part-time Faculty, Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology – MATE Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate classroom sessions both on-site and online in accordance with university guidelines.

• Offer specialized knowledge in the designated subject area by staying updated on the latest developments in the field.

• Address student inquiries promptly, typically within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Deliver detailed feedback to students, evaluate assignments, and record grades.

• Engage in discussions on online class forums.

• Foster a student-centered learning approach by encouraging student questions and promoting active participation in their educational journey.

• Ensure a positive, secure, and student-focused learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, or a related field within Sport Science.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance enhancement training.

• Hold the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and/or be recognized as an approved mentor on the AASP registry.

• Must be a resident of and eligible to work in the United States.
