This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Facilitate classroom sessions both on-site and online in accordance with university guidelines.
β’ Offer specialized knowledge in the designated subject area by staying updated on the latest developments in the field.
β’ Address student inquiries promptly, typically within a 48-hour timeframe.
β’ Deliver detailed feedback to students, evaluate assignments, and record grades.
β’ Engage in discussions on online class forums.
β’ Foster a student-centered learning approach by encouraging student questions and promoting active participation in their educational journey.
β’ Ensure a positive, secure, and student-focused learning atmosphere.
β’ Master's degree in Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, or a related field within Sport Science.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in performance enhancement training.
β’ Hold the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and/or be recognized as an approved mentor on the AASP registry.
β’ Must be a resident of and eligible to work in the United States.
