Part-Time Faculty, Doctor of Business Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assignments are ongoing based on expertise and the needs of the school.

• Leverage professional knowledge to deliver high-quality instruction from a pre-established curriculum.

• Mentor doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.

• Provide constructive feedback and ensure successful course completion.

• Be reachable within 48 hours via phone, email, and the courseroom to guarantee that learners receive timely feedback.

• Travel within the United States to participate in doctoral residencies.

• Utilize the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.

• Set high standards and ensure learners are aware of their evaluation criteria.

• Comply with university policies and procedures.

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as necessary.

• Engage in additional activities as dictated by university requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of teaching experience is preferred.

• Professional experience in the relevant discipline with at least two years required for undergraduate instruction.

• Three years of experience required for graduate-level teaching.

• Research, scholarship, or notable achievements in the discipline required for graduate-level positions.

• Experience in conducting and supervising research in the discipline is essential at the doctoral level.

• A doctoral degree in a related field (such as DHA, DBA, PhD, or DM preferred) or a doctoral degree combined with an MBA and relevant experience is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
