Part-Time Electrical Safety Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Teach a classroom or virtual online group of 2-25 students.

• Incorporate hands-on activities along with lectures.

• Address various topics related to Electrical Safety, including:

• - The Qualified Electrical Worker and Electrical Safety.

• - Safety Related Work Practices for Electrical Hazards.

• - Maintenance Requirements associated with Safety.

• - Special Safety Equipment requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with NFPA 70E, 70B, and a solid understanding of the NEC.

• Prior experience as a Safety Training instructor is preferred.

• Outstanding presentation abilities.

• A customer service-oriented approach with a desire to impart knowledge and experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Capability to handle training support equipment weighing up to 90 pounds.

• An associate’s degree or higher, or a relevant license/certification in the field.
