Part Time Disability Transaction Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle designated disability transaction tasks, encompassing BLIS and Outsort queues.

• Investigate customer applications and available documentation to identify and verify existing disability claim connections.

• Examine document images and accurately input indexing data into customer systems.

• Adhere to established procedures, quality standards, clean-desk policies, and production priorities.

• Implement coaching and training feedback to enhance proficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable with a stringent clean-desk policy.

• Must be willing to undergo and pass the necessary background and drug screenings.

• Must possess a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED).

• Basic computer and internet skills are required, including the ability to navigate applications and perform routine online tasks.

• Must be capable of maintaining an appropriate work-from-home office environment and adhere to the assigned part-time schedule.

• Must be open to coaching and training.

• Must successfully complete an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.

• Must have the capability to connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable.

• Must reside in a state where the compensation structure aligns with applicable wage laws.

• Currently, we are not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the specified metro areas.

• Data entry experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is beneficial.
