This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• High-Ticket Sales & Client Acquisition Funnel Management: Generate interest and oversee the sales process for the Digital Visibility Audit ($2,497). This role encompasses lead generation, sending funnel emails, and pinpointing target markets.

• Sales Follow-up: Actively follow up with leads stemming from speaking engagements and inquiries submitted via client forms.

• Client Lifecycles: Take charge of the onboarding and offboarding procedures. This includes sending proposals, following up on forms, and ultimately managing file deletions and thank-you emails upon project completion.

• GoHighLevel (GHL) Mastery CRM Architecture: Input leads, update tags, and maintain data integrity within the CRM system.

• Integrations: Oversee and troubleshoot calendar and email integrations to provide a seamless booking experience.

• Reputation Management: Actively manage Google reviews and compile client testimonials to enhance social proof.

• eWomenNetwork Back-Office & Events Leadership Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Leadership Team and the SBI Coordinator.

• Event Logistics: Organize guest lists, gather logos for Business Matchmaker sessions, and update speaker details.

• Presentation Design: Create high-quality PowerPoint/Canva presentations for events and "Maximizing Your Membership" sessions.

• Marketing & Content Creation Social Media Management: Produce Reels, static posts, and Stories for client social media platforms.

• Canva Organization: Develop and maintain a well-structured, efficient folder system within Canva for multiple brand assets.

• SOP & Workflow Optimization Process Refinement: Assess and enhance existing SOPs for podcast guest onboarding, client proposals, and overall operations to facilitate business scalability.

• GoHighLevel Proficiency: You should be adept at navigating CRM tags, integrations, and lead management.

• Strong Follow-up Game: You possess a natural persistence and ensure leads do not "go cold."

• Systems Thinker: You enjoy developing SOPs and identifying methods to enhance processes by 10%.

• Design Eye: Skilled in Canva with the capability to produce professional-grade presentation decks.

• High Accountability: You are comfortable working in MST and can consistently provide updates on project progress.
