This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop and oversee the firm's professional presence on Facebook and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Curate and share content that showcases the quality and legacy of the organisation’s specialized glass design offerings.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments in a professional manner to maintain steady cash flow, coordinating with the external accountant as necessary.
• Provide top-tier support through effective diary management and task oversight to optimize daily operations.
• Assist in the administration of contract work documents and basic health and safety records to ensure compliance at the project level.
• Demonstrated experience in managing professional Facebook and LinkedIn pages for a business.
• Strong background in executive support and general business administration.
• A professional and diplomatic approach when following up on outstanding client payments.
• Proficient in using both Google and Microsoft platforms (Email, Drive, Sheets/Excel).
• Familiarity with managing formal business documents or contract-related administration.
• Must have a fully operational home office equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dependable power backup solution (Inverter/UPS).
