This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Revise the website: assess, reorganize, and enhance key messaging to accurately represent who we are and what we offer.
• Enhance LinkedIn presence: develop and implement a cohesive content strategy for both the company profile and leadership accounts.
• Brand positioning: clarify and improve how we present our services, value proposition, and unique differentiators.
• Content generation: create high-quality, business-oriented materials (case studies, insights, employer branding).
• Employer branding: promote visibility of our culture, projects, and team members to attract top talent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in consulting, technology, or SaaS).
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy and positioning.
• Demonstrated ability to redesign or establish websites (focusing on content and structure, not coding).
• Exceptional copywriting skills - concise, clear, and free of unnecessary jargon.
• Capability to simplify complex services into engaging and straightforward messaging.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership and providing constructive challenges when necessary.
• Self-driven and ownership-oriented.
• Practical and business-focused (not solely “creative”).
• Able to work swiftly and deliver results without cumbersome processes.
• Genuine ownership and influence - you will help shape the company’s external voice.
